  1. If I could give this exchange 0 stars I would. I have been trying to sort out an issue with support Ticket#754623 for a month! Nobody bothers to reply from support. I transferred a small amount of DGTX from my wallet to HitBTC which never arrived.
So I will just use another exchange, transfer my holding there and forget about my experience with this poor excuse for an exchange.

  2. When $doge pumped, they suddenly disabled withdrawals. They claim that the wallet is under maintenance but we clearly see that funds are moving in and out of that wallet.
And their “maintenance” lasts over a month! Why?
What’s worse, they list $DOGE as 50% of the market price. They don’t allow you to withdraw so you are forced to sell at such a low price.
    HitBTC is 100% fraud.

  3. HITBTC DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY IT TRADES DOGE AT MARKET PRICES LESS THAN ABOUT 120%. THIS INDUCED ME TO BUY DOGE TAKE THEM AND SEE THEM AT MARKET PRICES. THEN I DISCOVERED THAT FOR MORE THAN A MONTH HITBTC HAS NOT ALLOWED THE WITHDRAWAL OF DOGE, IN FACT BY APPROPRIATING (I HOPE TEMPORARILY) OF OUR MONEY. NO TECHNICAL PROBLEM CANNOT BE SOLVED IN MORE THAN A MONTH ……. SO …..

  4. HitBTC will never give you access to your own account. They will ignore your trouble tickets. If they do respond, they will pretend to help you, asking for more and more personal information, then stop responding to you once you’ve given them everything that they’ve asked for. I’ve been trying to get access to my account for months. Do not use HitBTC. You will never see your money again.

  5. Hi again. I recently decided to log into my hitbtc account to check up my crypto, and I found that someone made 4 unauthorized withdrawals (not much) but still concerns me. I tried to contact support, and when I try to submit a ticket says that you need to submit captcha, its like an error with the website, I tried different browser and still the same issue, so I cannot contact any support. I hope someone here can issue me a support ticket.

  6. HitBTC is big scammer in the field of crypto, i have been following ups to withdraw my DOGE since 15 month always showing system monitor offline due to maintenance also updated KYC more than 10 times rejected saying image quality poor.
Please newcomer do not trust and register in HitBTC.

Hi team, I have followed HITbtc information regarding my chronological sequence and the source of my crypto currencies to them on several occasions. HITbtc kept sending me automated message from their support team. I would appreciate if someone from the team will get In touch with me for this issue to be resolved and how they want to specifically write it. Counting on your c-cooperation

  8. I can’t give 0 stars but I really would like.
Stole our dogecoin. More than 17 months where it s impossible to withdrawal dogecoin… Everytime say that it s a technical problem but too long to found a solution is incompetence
The other solution they say is to change our doge in other cryptocurrencies but the value of doge on hitbtc is divided by 4-5 that the normal…
    Escrow!!!
When they answer you they never want to found a solution with you.
The price is due to the impossibility to withdrawal Doge. Yes in this case the price is directly linked to the exchange. With the possibility to withdrawal Doge, the price would be different

  9. Hidden busd 5.5 dollar withdrawl fee (normal fee is max 1 on other exchanges) for 10 busd deposit.
they have hidden monthly inactivity charges and you need to check whether certain tokens are even online or you’ll deposit just to pay an inflated withdrawl fee. I to thought I was smarter then the negative reviews, trust me it’s a cash grab.

  10. There’s a clause that means they take 10USD out your account per month if it’s inactive. I didn’t realise this, it’s sneaky and it’s not highlighted and I lost all my crypto. No notifications. Just robbery.
That’s HITBTCs standard reply. The clause came into effect recently and my money had been held by them since 2019. Suddenly it’s all gone!
Like most normal humans I don’t constantly check terms and conditions to look for changes.

  11. They have held my funds hostage since the moment I deposited. I deposited DOGE coin in May of 2021. After depositing, they allowed me to fill out the rest of my profile and informed me that I can not use their exchange because I am a US citizen. They told me I needed to withdraw everything. However, they also took DOGE offline so it can not be withdrawn. Until this day, I have not been able to withdraw, and my money dwindled with nothing I could do about it. I’ve sent in many complaints and only get the same cookie-cutter reply, that they are “working on the problem”. It has been 20 months!!!

  12. I have emailed my reply, and will I be able to withdraw my revenue without paying ransom? Your agent did request 20% in advance to a special address. Read the evidence I provided. HitBTC should stop what they are doing and return the ransom money to their cliental who paid the ransom not knowing the Accelerator Package is actually deceiving them. Thank you for your reply and my apologies, My BAD! HitBTC-eth.net is the real perpetrator! My apologies for being a novice to cryptocurrency. I am learning the hard way. NowHitBTC-eth.net is infringing on the real HitBTC and should cease operating using the HitBTC.com name. Certainly, deceitful, and corrupt. HitBTC-eth.net are a scam waiting to happen. Other negative comments could be against HitBTC-eth.net and not HitBTC.com I certainly don’t know.
