  1. I had been car shopping for a little while and had been to a few different garages but things never quite felt right, I felt much more confident at Warwick Hall Cars right from the very start. I received the warmest welcome and there was never any pressure, I am really happy with the Citroen C4 its exactly as it was described to me and there have been no issues.

  2. Honestly when I think about the service I received at Warwick Hall Cars words like FANTASTIC and AMAZING spring to mind! I can’t fault them! I love my IX35, it is just what I was looking for I would have to give them five stars overall.

  3. I recently bought a Polo from Warwick Hall Cars and it all went really straightforward. Throughout the whole process the team stayed in good contact with me and it was really appreciated! The Polo itself is perfect. I can’t think of a single thing more I could have wanted from them. It will be a solid five stars from me.

  4. We bought a lovely Hyundai IX5 for my daughter from Warwick earlier this year in October and its brilliant. Both she and I are really happy with it. There hasn’t been a single problem with it, its running very nicely indeed. We would both happily return to this dealership for another car.

  5. Pete was incredibly helpful for me when I bought my 2008 😊 The customer service throughout was lovely tbh! I needed the car quite quickly and they were able to accommodate my time frame because of my time frame I do feel like the cleaning of the car was perhaps a little bit rushed but overall I can’t complain and I would use them again.

  8. The guy who I dealt with at Warwick (apologies I can’t remember his name) was great! He was quite rushed off his feet but still so polite and attentive. He made himself available to answer all of my questions. The car was also ready when they said it would be and lovely and clean. I have no complaints so five stars from me.

  9. As a woman I dread when it is time for me to buy a new car, in my experience I am not treated the best but that was not the case at Warwick Hall Cars! I can say with certainty there is no sexist-💩 here! I was treated lovely and the whole experience went well. Everything was done in good time and I was on my way in the Duster in no time at all.

  10. I was unable to get out to the dealership to look at the car I wanted but they were more than accommodating. They worked around this by sending me videos of the car and even delivered it to my house. I’ve never had service like this before. The car was just as it was described to me, there were no surprises and I am really pleased with its overall fantastic condition.

  11. I got a 208 from Warwick Hall Cars about a month ago and it is doing tremendously well! No issues with it what so ever and it is such a pleasant car to drive. The customer service at the dealership was definitely worthy of five stars, everyone had their best foot forward for me.

  13. My Audi is absolutely sound, I love it! The cars looks the part and drives incredibly well. I was able to buy the car within a week of first seeing it too which I was perfectly happy with! The gentleman who I dealt with was a easy to talk to and helpful throughout.

  14. My Audi Q3 is great, just what I was hoping for! It is a good size and a nice car to drive. I have found it to be exactly in the condition as it was advertised, no hidden surprises here! I was also very pleased with the customer service here, the team are professional and polite. They answered all my questions and got the sale complete efficiently.

  15. Phil has been brilliant, I have been communicating with him via whatsapp and he is just a fantastic guy. I had one little issue and he got that rectified right away for me. The C4 has been great since getting that resolved so I can’t complain really, and can only praise Phil for his hard work!

  16. My car is currently in the garage getting it’s clutch replaced and Warwick Hall are more than happy to cover the cost of this! I am very happy with how they have handled this situation, as I know many dalers would’ve left me to fix this issue myself. It’s disappointing that there was an issue, however, the way it was handled and their customer service throughout has been incredible. The follow up call, and the follow through of the work being done was honoured, they stuck to their word, so I cannot fault their customer care!

  17. The service I received at Warwick Hall Cars was spot on, the team were so lovely to deal with both during and after the sale. I bought a Mokka and I love it, I have unfortunately encountered some issues with it since the purchase. When I got in touch with Warwick they put me right at ease telling me to send across the report and that they would take care of it. You can’t say fairer than that!

  18. As far as sales representatives go full marks to Charles, Jo and Phil. We found that we were allowed to go for a test drive with little fuss and the sale side went well too. We had a haggle and were happy. We stopped the test drive as one tyre was going low on pressure. After the purchase we noticed that we needed a charging cable to use public charging points and Charles had one ordered without hassle. Unfortunately it was the wrong type. We have returned it and Charles said we would get the refund and we have bought one ourselves. Today we noticed that the tyre had lost pressure again, I had asked Joe if the problem could be fixed before purchase but I don’t think that was done. Also noticed the main beam does not come on when we push the lever forward but it does flash. In general we are happy with the car and maybe could have done with a little more time explaining all workings as it was our first electric car. Hope this helps
