I have to give 5 out of 5 stars for everything, they were excellent! All went smoothly and was no hassle, which was nice and refreshing. The guys were very good. The van was just like advertised and the sale was straight forward. I would recommend to anyone in the market for a new van.

It was my first time using time motors when purchased my Peugeot and I’m amazed at how helpful they are. Everything they did they were fantastic at. I have bought with Time Motors before and dealt with Ryan both times, this time I text him directly and he sorted me right out! He is always spot on with the customer car he shows. My Ford Connect is a brilliant van and is driving well! When I came to collect I did have to wait for it to finish being valeted but that is nothing major and they made a very good job of it, the van was SPOTLESS.
Wow, I am absolutely blown away with Time Motors! Their service was impeccable during the sale, I didn’t think it could get any and better, boy was I wrong! I even received an aftersales call to ask how things were! That was the cherry on top for me, so I told the young lady how appreciative I was of the call, as their isn’t many business’ who do that. Without a doubt, I will definitely be recommending and using again, they are a fantastic dealership!
I’m glad I went with the Merc Vito it is lovely and really nice to drive and I’m learning how to use it properly now. Ryan got everything sorted for me very efficiently and made the process smooth which is perfect for me because I’m that sort of person, I don’t like messing around. Touch wood everything will continue as it has been and we will carry on driving my van with a smile!
From a customers point of view all went very plain sailing, Time Motors has a well throughout buying process so I really didn’t have to to all that much. The Transit Connect is spot on and I haven’t had any issues with it which is a massive bonus when your vehicle plays such a vital role in your work.
Absolutely nothing wrong with the van, it has been smashing up to now. 5* service from the team as well, they were so easy to get on with, I had a good laugh with the guys when buying the van, I would definitely use again.
Would deffo recommend you to buy you next motor from here, after purchasing my Ford Transit Connect I probably won’t go anywhere else now. The van is great and I’ve had no issues in the slightest. The sales advisor dealing with me was really helpful and more than happy to answer all questions asked. Hands down a great dealership!
