I know I’ll always be returning to Mount Vernon Motors in Glasgow when on the hunt for a new vehicle. I just purchased an Audi A6 from here and it couldn’t be better! Over the moon with the service provided by the team at Mount Vernon Motors! They were so helpful and really looked after me during my time there! They welcomed me in their premises and greeted me with smiles, it was a lovely environment. My Clio is lovely inside, it looks brand new! I love driving it and getting used to everything has been really fun. I will definitely be recommending to other people wanting to find a nice dealership.
I am a second time buyer at Mount Vernon Motors, mainly for the reason that their customer service is first class and they don’t give you to usually salesman spiels. You don’t have to bite your tongue whilst been pestered, they are always really friendly and welcoming and accommodate from beginning to end. My Honda is a lovely car and is great to drive, I have had no issues and have nothing to fault dealing with Mount Vernon! I have already recommended to others, and I won’t be going anywhere else for my cars from now on! Thank you everyone!
I will use 1 word to describe this establishment… actually 2 words… genuine and honest. I’m blown away from end to end it couldn’t have gone any better. I have never had a car dealership/garage call me after buying a car to check I am happy… any other would run a mile seeing your number on the phone after the sale and avoid you. This was one of the fastest and easiest purchases I’ve ever made. I was in and out within a day and took my newly bought Meriva with me! It was completely stress free and more like a day out rather than a car purchase. All of the salesmen were really friendly and chilled and put me at ease. The guys at Mount Vernon Motors are really happy and upbeat and this reflects well in their work, they are bubbly, friendly and genuinely look like they enjoy their job. They go to town to make an effort so you feel welcome and comfortable during your purchase. My salesman was really thorough going through all the paperwork of the sale and he ensured all parties were happy with the deal before going ahead. My Megane is a lovely car, I absolutely love the way it drives, it is just a newer model of my last car, this one has alot more going on and loads of new features, its great. I will definitely be sticking with these guys from now on, I have zero complaints.

Absolutely exceptional customer service! All of the sales agents were absolutely fantastic! My Meriva is a lovely little car and has been an absolute treat to drive, it is perfect for the kids! Without a single doubt, I will definitely be using Mount Vernon again! I went with the Skoda Fabia they had available, and fell in love instantly! It was immaculate inside and out, and on the test drive it was as smooth as silk! As for the customer service, they were smashing, everything was in order and didn’t take long at all to process. I would happily use Mount Vernon again, and will be recommending them to anyone and everyone!
I have been buying cars for over 50 years, and have never had an experience as good as this! The staff are some of the best people I have ever dealt with. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, and really looked after me during the sale. They catered my every needs, offering beverages here and there, and made me feel very welcome. Even after the sale they have been brilliant as well, I found an issue with the window, so gave the team a call, who were so apologetic and got the car booked in the garage for me right away! I have recommended all of my grand children to buy form Mount Vernon, and will continue telling others about my fantastic experience, they are a first class dealership and deserve all the success!

They really couldn’t have been any more friendly when I was buying my Merc. I will 100% be using them again no doubts about that! They really were the perfect example of a successful dealership… friendly, catering, organised, helpful, informative… the list goes on. The E250 I viewed was immaculate, and although the snow has decided to come tumbling down, the car is performing very well! They are the perfect dealership to buy from, nothing is ever too much trouble for them. 5 stars, and more!!
