The whole procedure was smooth and went as planned, all time frames were met and the staff exceeded my expectations. Its taking a bit of getting used to the Qashqai as I didnt have a test drive and it’s slightly wider than my old car, but its fun getting to know it. Even more impressed with the follow up call I received to make sure I was happy and to ask any further questions after buying the car, outstanding service. For the customer service and the quality of car I bought, I would recommend Wavertree car centre.
I was shocked at how quick and easy it was to buy the car, my daughter was helping me find one and she found a Corsa on Friday night, we rang Wavertree Car Centre on Saturday morning and went down Saturday afternoon to see it, I bought it there and then and drove it home that day. The car was in top condition and the price was good, its a lovely motor. The staff were very helpful and lovely to speak to. The cars been fine no problems at all, I’ve enjoyed driving it around and getting used to it. Thumbs up from me 10/10!
Bought a really nice car with a great service I felt very looked after and Wavertree did everything they could to provide a smooth and quick process. 1st time buying from here and I would definitely buy again. The BMW is very nice, I’ve done a few long distance drives and loved it.
Absolutely made up with the BMW X5 I’m loving it, its such a beautiful car and I can’t thank the dealership enough for all they did along the way. The salesman was fantastic, he had such a great manner and all the extra little things that he did to make things easier went a long way – above expectations by far. It was really nice to be in control and not under pressure, it was my decision and on my terms. I have already recommended Wavertree to others and I would use them again, they were brilliant.
Wavertree Car centre is the only place I would go for a car. This is the forth time I have purchased a car from them and I have never once been disappointed. The service is exceptional! I saw the Peugeot on the forecourt at Wavertree car centre and popped in to have a look. Im only small so I wanted to make sure it wasnt too big for me but it looked perfect. Id had my previous car for 8 years so I was desperate for a new one – it was long over due. Being a woman, I was really nervous about entering a very male dominated world with little knowledge so I took a friend along with me for support. He had previously bought a car from Wavertree and had said he had a great experience. I was really impressed with the stock, they had a great range for me to choose from. What I really liked about the experience is that they left me alone to have a good look around and allowed me to test drive a couple of cars before I decided and bought the Mercedes. Looking back, I don’t know what I was worried about, I was not 1 bit pressured, nor was I made to feel out of place at all. I absolutely love the car! It does everything I need it to and looks smashing. Thank you so very much!
We had been looking for a while for a Nissan X trail when we came across one at Wavertree – it seemed to fit our criteria so we contacted them to discuss it and they talked us through everything, very thorough and informative. We live many miles from the dealership so the online pictures and description were really important to us as we could not get to see the car in person before we bought it, we relied on this all been facts. After much deliberation, we agreed to buy it and they delivered it to us. I was really impressed when it turned up! The description online was 100% accurate. The gamble of online buying really paid off! The car is fantastic we are so happy with it and can only thnka Wavertree for been so honest and selling decent motors.
I am very happy with my car, the service was amazing throughout especially as I wasn’t local or even near, everything was explained really well and clearly and they made me feel at east the whole time. I would buy here again in a heartbeat, there was nothing I cant fault what so ever.
