I cannot thanks Trade Price Cars and Scott enough for the work they did on getting me on a cheaper finance payment, with a car that was nearly three years newer! John White got the ball rolling and from there on in, TPC were absolutely brilliant in sorting out rearranging the finance to get the monthly payments down. Obviously with COVID-19 restrictions in place it wasn’t as straight forward as buying a car usually is, but they went above and beyond to make sure it was safe, secure and a pleasant experience for myself. I have a disabled step son, so being able to speak on the phone wasn’t easy, but TPC used WhatsApp to communicate which really helped with my home life too. The handing over of the car and the final stages were safe and secure. I was offered a tea/coffee whilst I waited, I shown around the car before be able to take my new car home. Fantastic service from start to finish!

I travelled 95 miles on the Monday to view a car that I had discussed with them the previous Saturday. On arrival I was greeted by a member of the service team who introduced me to Peter, one of the salesmen. After having a coffee we took the vehicle for a test drive and then agreed on a deal. I was always made to feel very welcome by several of their team with plenty of chat and good humour. The very pleasant experience was rounded of the following Friday when, for a very reasonable charge, they delivered the vehicle to my home address and took away my old car. I would recommend Trade Price Cars to anyone looking for a change of vehicle and would say that the 190 mile round trip journey was more than worthwhile. I would definitely visit them again.

Where my previously owned car was slowly creeping to end of life and nature of my job highly dependant on a vehicle. Trade Price Cars stepped in at the right time and saved be at the right time, taking a amazing quality Nissan Qashqai out on finance. After the miss fortune off having my car stolen I found this company online, from the beginning the service was first class. I looked through their cars online and did an easy online application form within a day they called and helped me select the type off car I was looking for. They then referred me to first response finance and I did an easy online application as was approved straight away even though my credit history is poor. Within 2 days the whole process had been completed. Elliott from.sales kept me up dated and sent pictures off the car I had selected . This whole process was exceptional, hassle free and my new car was delivered to me that week by there own delivery driver who was helpful and polite. My new car came with full service history etc and was delivered in immaculate condition. Thank you to trade price cars. Elliott and Mark. Great company and service ! Keith is very friendly and easy to deal and communicate with. I was a bit hesitant with the click and collect and covid restrictions but i was made to feel completely comfortable with my purchase before any deals was made.
