Great experience both during and after the purchase of my A1. The salesman Luke was a pleasure to deal with and always on hand if ever I needed something or had a question. After an initial minor issue the A1 has been driving a treat. I would have no hesitations in returning to this dealership.
Prestige Cars Kent run a good operation, the buying process is efficient and straight to the point. My salesman Luke was knowledgeable about the A5 and there was no pushiness from him. The A5 has been perfect since I bought it and has been doing its jobs well. It is going to be five stars from me.
I never give a perfect score but these guys are as close to perfect as possible. I am impressed with Prestige Cars Kent, the service was to a standard to rival a main dealership. Joseph was an attentive salesman throughout and very easy to talk to.

I was able to spend a good amount of time with the 5 Series before I made my decision to purchase. Since then I have been thoroughly enjoying driving it and have no regrets.

We bought our first car from Prestige Cars Kent and then we came back second time to buy another car the customer care is such a great level. The staff around the dealership are amazing and are very good at the job. The Mercedes E Class is what my husband drives and he is really enjoying it, we have had no problems so far. First of all, I am very very impressed with Prestige Cars Kent. The staff were extremally helpful and friendly. The process was unbelievably smooth. I bought the car blind, I had only seen photos of the car until it arrived on my drive. The delivery timing was impeccable, when the car arrived it was clean and tidy and looking wonderful. It was bang on time and the driver was more than happy spending the time to explain anything I needed. In the future when I am looking for a new car I will certainly have a look to see what cars this dealership have in stock. I just want to say a special thank you to Adam, he was the one dealing with me, extremally impressed and he certainly went the extra mile for me.
The lady who dealt with me is amazing, 10/5 stars, perfect. Couldn’t of gotten better. The Merc is driving well, no complains at all.
So far so good with the RR Evoque, nice to drive and very enjoyable. Based on my experience I would return to this dealership and I would recommend. I dealt with Kai at the dealership and the customer service was spot on.
The Range Rover is driving perfectly, I don’t have a bad thing to say about it. My experience was quite fulfilling for me, I mean I got my dream car, I got to drive home with a big smile on my face. I had complete peace of mind the whole time dealing with Davies at Prestige Cars Kent. I was over the moon on the day of my purchase. I was treated brilliantly at the dealership I can’t fault these guys in the slightest. I highly recommend and I will continue to do so.
Definitely five stars from me for Prestige Cars Kent, the team are brilliant and my Mercedes is doing very well. From start to finish Mosiah was a true gent and his expertise was incredibly helpful. The process of buying the car was simple and straightforward and I was on the roads in no time at all.

From start to finish he was very informative and made sure everything was explained and understood at all times. He was so welcoming on arrival, the customer care was amazing really. We were offered coffee and biscuits and was always made comfortable. Davies explained everything thoroughly before we went ahead with the purchase which is very much appreciated.
