A big whopping five stars for this dealership! Simply excellent service! The individual who I dealt with was very informative about the Evoque and didn’t put on any pressure to buy. I mainly dealt with two lads down at Phantom called Chris and Adam! They are great guys, dead easy to talk to and answered all my questions sufficiently. My RS6 is fabulous, I have to give it a double take when I walk away because it just looks so good!
I am happy with the customer service I received from the team at Phantom, from the moment I arrived I received a warm welcome, which put me at ease. After a brief discussion I was shown to the car I had found online, an A-Class. When I was looking at the car there was no pressure. After the purchase I have found no issues and had no need to chase Phantom for anything. I would return without hesitation.
I have not had any issues with my Discovery since driving it away from phantom, it has been a great car so far, and has been the dream to drive. Buying the car from Phantom was a breeze, everything was so simple and straight forwards, I can’t complain one bit.
