PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM.THIS EXCHANGE THEY ARE CROOKS!!! I have a new phone and cannot generate the 2FA code. I still know my password, my trading pin and username. I’ve created a ticket and uploaded my passport, a picture of myself holding the passport, a video of my kraken transaction to kucoin, a few more screen shots etc. But still they don’t give me access to my account where I have a substantial amount of money stored on their exchange. I’m beginning to think I will never recover my money from these theifs, and I know when they read this review they will ask the ticket number, I’ve been giving the ticket number and I’m still getting nowhere with them. They are scum.
Customer support takes months to help. After 2 months my problem was still not solved. Don‘t Trust them gonna move all my coins to Binance or Kraken
Attention!!! the kukoin is robbing customers and I can prove it. They come up with some events and share honestly purchased tokens as they like, for example: out of 1,600,000 there were 16 left, worth a fraction of what I paid. stay away from these thieves. you will not earn there for sure, but you will be deceived.
They took $1000 from me. Immediately the Luna coin dropped and I was unable to withdraw. The system would not allow me to get my money at all. Then I transferred to main account and the balance just daily dwindled away. Darn shame!! Don’t do it.
Kucoin is by far the worst crypto company I have done business with. Get your crypto and money out before they steal it. I had problems with a transaction, they will only take SCREENSHOTS, nothing else. I don’t have screenshots, but have all the documentation of proof of the transaction. They will only accept screenshots, I am not the only one that had this problem. Run the other way kucoin are crooks. Customer service sucks, run the other way, I wish I had.
Be careful, scam emails from KuCoin. I have received several. I know nothing about them, don’t use them, never will. Fishing expeditions, nothing more.
I am deposite Sweat Token (Near Chain) From Bybit to kucoin At 2022-09-24 5.07Am… But still But there is no history in my deposit history..Today oct 2 9 Day gone.

This site is 100% a scam just like Binance they leave all their profit in coins on the platform to push it up and down to avoid taxes and make it seem as they’re not earning as much as they are
A nightmare to log in.
Every time I’m trying to login they add another layer of ‘extra security’. I understand the measures to some point.
However when login becomes a permanent and annoying issue, the site has a problem to solve.
Problem with SMS no sent, multiple and confusing ways of login, password for phone are different than password from email…
Very poor experience. What is consistent is the time spent trying to login.
The worst exchange company in the world! The support team are worst that SH!T!, They’re useless and arrogant, never solved my query about their cloud mining contracts, making numbers I found I WOULD LOSE MY MONEY, they are a Truly SCAM! They banned me from telegram group and contact support never replied me! PLEASE AVOID KUCOIN! DON’T TRADE OR INVEST WITH THEM, YOU WILL Have the worst experience of your entire life! Just Try another option, thanks for your time BEST REGARDS!
