Candice was an absolute pleasure to deal! I was buying a Smart Car and she couldn’t have been any better if she tried! Very accommodating garage! Looked after me well and talked me through the whole process They were upfront with the history and details of the car and allowed me time to look through everything. I never felt any pushy sales tactics, everybody very approachable and down to earth. The C300 that I chose is greatly suited to me, it does everything I need it too and has not caused me a headache yet! So so far so good!
I recently visited Herts and Essex in Hoddesdon to change my old motor for a lovely Q5. I was welcomed by a lovely gentleman who was ever so helpful. He assisted with a test drive and showed me how to to operate the car and all of its functions, he took the time to explain everything in detail. I am very happy with the Audi, I’m still getting used to it but very pleased with how well it drives, its a lovely little car and in perfect condition. I have already recommended and will continue to tell people how great this garage is.
I can’t put into words how chuffed I am with my Qashqai. The guys at the dealership have been absolutely fantastic, they were so helpful and made it an easy transaction. I am really impressed with my car, it is absolutely wonderful and I am so pleased with how everything went. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for a car.
