FTX is an exchange founded in 2019. The company that owns it is registered in Antigua and Barbuda. Specializes in spot trading and derivatives of cryptocurrencies, as well as OTC transactions. FTX supports margin trading on select cryptocurrencies with a maximum leverage of 1:3. The exchange provides its own mobile trading application. Works with major fiats. The trading terminal allows you to make transactions using seven types of orders.
FTX has promised to launch LUNA and LUNC trading pairs today 31/05/2022 and have not. They are the last and only exchange to list LUNA and I have lost alot of money because of them. Probably in the 1000’s if not 10’s of 1000’s of USD. Very poor show from FTX. Moving my accounts somewhere else.

They had me submit a selfie, holding my photo id and an absurd hand written letter with some stupid language that clearly wasn’t written by an American.
Avoid ftx at all costs.
After jumping through all of their hoops several times with their misleading requests…They shutdown my account and are refusing to release funds in my account.
Let the lawsuit begin.
The online support are rude with their respond after depositing money. Once you want to get some of it, you’ll never hear back from them. What a fraudulent firm. I didn’t lose my money here due to REC OUPCART reaction with their service online.
Login page does not work anymore.
Also customer support does not exist.
Also website is buggy, laggy and full of shortcuts that lead to the same thing that makes the website very much not userfreindly like they are trying to make you mess up.
Their support group is accusing me of fraud and want more pictures of me holding signs. They required a video of me saying their disclaimer. They have photos of me and my drivers license. They asked questions about what I wanted to use crypto for. They wanted a PDF of my bank statement. I think they are selling our info on the dark web to identity thieves. I’ve asked for the name and phone number of a manager but no reply to that. Don’t do business with this company. It’s a scam.
Fake commitments by staff whose name Alliyah and took my 290 USD dollars now not returning this company is big fraud don’t do anything of trading with this company…In India also they are having offices .The full company name is FTX trading auto software Gulf base company
