Do I need an appointment?

The short answer is: yes. We’re open 7 days a week, but knowing when to expect you means that we can make sure that someone is on hand to answer all of your questions, and we can even arrange for a specific vehicle to be available for a test drive.

Which documents do I need to bring with me?

  • Your driving license
  • Utility bill showing your current address dated within the last three months and a proof of signature
  • Recent wage slips (if arranging finance)
  • Documents for your previous car if you are exchanging

Will I be insured straight away?

In order to make sure that you can drive away in your newly purchased used car, there is a 5 days free  Insurance available.

    We got our grandaughters car from Concept Car Credit and she absolutely loves it, she is always saying how pleased she is with it. We were all really happy with the company too, buying a car with them was so easy and smooth. Come to think of it it was as close to perfect as it could have been and I have recommended Concept quite a few times already.

    My partner and I are both very happy with our new vehicle from Concept Car Credit. The repayments are within our budget and we go the car we wanted. The buying process at Concept is very smooth and efficient, we did not have to wait long for the vehicle at all. When it was delivered it was lovely and clean, looks like the valeters had paid attention to detail to the car, it was as good as new.

    I wasn’t 100% sold on my Fiesta but its so affordable to run how can I not have warmed to it!? And I am happy with the deal I got from Concept Car Credit too. Everyone down at Concept is fantastic and I still cannot believe how quickly I was able to get my new car. I’d say from start to finish it took 2 days and that was absolutely everything done and dusted! As I have already recommended Concept it would have to be full marks from me. I fully intend on having my next car from you in a few years time.

    I would give Concept five stars to be honest with you, the team have done good. They did look after me and stuff. I was pleased I could get the car that I wanted in the first place, which was a Mokka. Yeah overall I am well happy.
