Bitfinex – the exchange has been operating since 2012. In terms of the volume of trading transactions with cryptocurrency, it occupies the fourth position in the world ranking. Supports 133 currencies, three of which are fiats (EUR, USD, JPY). The platform offers margin trading with a leverage of 1:3, as well as OTC trades and trading based on derivatives. For transactions, Bitfinex takes a commission of 0.02-0.2%, depending on the total amount of trades made by the trader. Topping up the balance with cryptocurrencies is free, with fiats – 0.1%.
Will it get better than this? Low fees on all of their assets, extremely helpful support, two weeks ago I had a problem with an withdrawal but after contacting the support it got resolved in under 3 hours I feel like Bitfinex cares alot more for their users than any other exchange
Bitfinex still has my trust. They have not failed me as a customer in any way, my withdrawals have always been on time and i have had no reason to complain. It’s easy to jump on the bandwagon and say that they are scammers and are looking to take your money, but Bitfinex has no interest in running exit scams, as most of their profit comes from the highly liquid market + fees.
I’ve been with Bitfinex for a long time and have complete trust in the team. Yes, they have been hacked but honoured all lost assets and came through it strong and with a loyal customer base. Now the lending platform is automated why would you use anyone else? Great job here, love Lending Pro. Brilliant product and way more advanced than any exchange.
I’m not able to login into my mobile device and into my laptop as well as my father who isn’t able to login. He receives an error that the ip adress isn’t right, well he got a new laptop… and I forgot my password, but I never received any link.. And I can’t login into my mobile because there is an API, but for the API, I need to login, but I can’t because I forgot my password.. Because of tooo much security, we are totally locked out of our OWN account.

My father received an immediate reply from Bitfinex to solve his issue. However, I still haven’t received any e-mail regarding my password reset…..
Honestly, TrustPilot really needs to do a better job at cleaning out obvious copypasta fake reviews from their platform as a whole. In the case of Bitfinex, these reviews ruin the image of one of the top exchanges on the market right now.
Amazing experience with Bitfinex’s Customer Service. Last year I got my account hacked, I emailed Bitfinex on a Saturday evening, they blocked my account and suspended all pending trades within 3 minutes (this way, the hacker couldn’t withdraw all my coins). Today I emailed them about an issue with my 2FA, they replied in 2 minutes. They are doing a great job, I really feel taken care of!
I have had a great experience with Bitfinex. The most important thing with any service is the support and Bitfinex have been great with support, responding quickly and effectively in relation to the stated issue. Looking forward to doing business with them for a long time to come.
I’ve moved ADA from coinbase to Bitfinex and it never showed up even though it shows on cardanoscan as complete. Customer service said it will take several days! Was really dissapointed by this and it did loose me money. Customer service did reply promptly and I received my deposit the morning after. Consider this when using bitfinex.. The exchange is OK for trading..
Wallets not working on the Bitfinex.com web page, Sent some IOTA tokens to my wallet on Bitfinex, 4 days passed and still not showing on my account.
Customer services responds very quickly but NOTHING is done. I strongly recommend to chose another Exchange.

I have never experienced such a great support like I did on Bitfinex, neither in the crypto space nor in any other web business.
It took them no more than half an hour to reply to my support ticket and the follow-up questions were answered even faster.
